RE: Rhox Meditant (or not) deck: I think this is a deck where Farhaven Elf is almost strictly better than Civic Wayfinder. The Cascade spells generate so much CA that I think whether or not your Rampant Growth Elf can trade with Bloodbraid or not is of little concern. Farhaven helps you get to those five- and six-mana spells earlier and more consistently than Wayfinder does.
Moreover, against decks like Warp World (which is showing up everywhere in my meta-Boston), it's much stronger than Wayfinder.
I think your sideboard is genius though I wish there were some way to get Meditant in there; there are some MUs (Fae, for example) where he's just awesome. Be curious to see your exact SB plans.

Honestly, Mike, can't you play some other questionable mid-range-y card other than Ranger? Maybe slip in a Reveillark, or even keep in Meditant(maybe running the WG Borderpost to support the green permanent requirement). Maybe I'm being stupid or something, but Ranger just seems real underwhelming with Hierarch being the only target. Maybe you could run stuff like Mycoid Shepherd or something, I don't know... I mean, how often do you win by casting Ranger, anyway?
